ICAP adds to US fixed income team

ICAP has appointed Ted Bragg to develop fixed income products as it spies new opportunities in the asset class.

ICAP has appointed Ted Bragg to develop fixed income products as it spies new opportunities in the asset class.

Bragg takes on the role of senior vice president of fixed income product initiatives as ICAP’s US securities group. Based in New York, he will be responsible for creating hybrid fixed income products for its US-based global broking business.

Prior to joining ICAP he has held senior positions in fixed income and product management at BNY Mellon. Across his 29-year career he has also worked for Pershing, eSpeed, Fidelity Capital Markets, Lehman Brothers and Barclays Capital.

Commenting on his appointment, Bragg said: “The financial markets have experienced monumental structural change which is presenting many new opportunities. I look forward to working at ICAP and aligning various product offerings to deliver the connectivity, anonymity, transparency, and strong counter-party associations that ICAP offers.”
