Russian investment bank appoints co-CEO’s in London

Bradley Duke and Tim Bevan will head up the prime brokerage business for BCS Global Markets in London.

BCS Global Markets has promoted two senior figures as co-CEO’s of its London-based prime brokerage business, BCS UK.

Bradley Duke, head of UK, Europe and US at the Russian investment bank, and Tim Bevan, global head of prime brokerage, will head up the business in the London.

BCS UK was established following plans to adopt a matrix management structure to promote greater oversight and synergies across locations and business lines, the bank said.

The co-CEO appointments ensure an “equitable spread of administrative responsibility”, BCS added, “recognising the growth in demands from the business lines as they expand throughout the regions where BCS operates.”

Roman Lokhov, CEO, BCS Global Markets, explained both Duke and Bevan share a ‘unified vision’ and having two CEOs will share the burden of major areas of responsibility.
