TradingScreen integrates OTAS analytics

OTAS Technologies is the latest to join the TS Partner Program, designed to expand services for the buy-side.

TradingScreen (TS) has integrated OTAS Technologies’ analytics into its order and execution management system (OEMS) TradeSmart.

The move means TradeSmart users will gain access to real-time analytics and market intelligence in a bid to meet pre- and post-trade best execution requirements.

TS explained by integrating OTAS’ analytics, TradeSmart clients could minimise trading costs and will be able respond quickly to live market events.

OTAS’ technology provides real-time alerts, transaction cost analysis metrics, a breakdown of market conditions and alerts to allow orders to adjust to changing circumstances.

It is the latest firm to join the TS partner program, which was designed to expand its client services and respond to the needs of the buy-side.

Chief strategy officer for TS, Varghese Thomas, described the program as a ‘strategic network’ that “drives collaborative solutions for a simpler more straightforward workflow”.

“The combination of our TradeSmart OEMS multi-asset platform with OTAS’ robust market data analytics equips TS clients with the insights and connectivity for an added advantage to their trading day,” Thomas added.
