Olof Stenhammar will not stand for re-election to the OMX Board

OMX founder and Chairman of the Board Olof Stenhammar has reported that he will not stand for re-election to the OMX Board of Directors at the Annual General Meeting 2007. Having founded OMX in 1984, served as the company's CEO until 1996 and thereafter served as Chairman of the Board, Stenhammar has decided to not stand for re-election to the Board at the Annual General Meeting in the spring.
