Incoming hire joins as co-head of fixed income sales after spending the last nine years at UniCredit; previously held positions at Barclays, Merrill Lynch and Deutsche Bank.

Incoming CEO has been at the investment manager for the last 14 years, having previously held senior positions at Barclays Capital, Lehman Brothers and LIFFE.

Incoming hire brings over 20 years’ experience in Brazilian fixed income to the firm, having previously served at Globex Advisory and BTC Pactual.

Incoming hire joins after serving at Pictet Asset Management for the last seven and a half years; previously held positions at BNP Paribas AM, Henderson Global Investors, UBS Global AM and Phillips and Drew Fund Management.

The firm told The TRADE the cuts would allow it to continue to grow “prudently” without having to raise external funds.

Incoming hire joins from Credit Suisse, having also previously served as a portfolio analyst at BlackRock.
