The buy-side focused platform will initially focus on USD rates and credits, and combines TT’s fixed income, futures and FX onto a single screen through integrating ICE’s market and reference data. 

Collaboration aims to boost capital efficiency and collateral optimisation as demand for cleared repo grows across Europe. 

The proposals specifically focus on rules 611 and 610 (e), which span the ‘trade-through rule’ and ‘locked’ and ‘crossed’ market restrictions, and aim to better align regulation with modernising US equity markets.
