Financial IT firm Linedata Services has hired Andrew Miller to head its Asian businesses. His mandate will be to expand the company’s presence in the region.
Before joining Linedata, Miller was managing director of financial information firm Xinhua Finance for the Asia Pacific region. There, he was responsible for sales, operations, technological development of solutions and human resources. He has also held senior management positions at several other firms, including market data providers Reuters and Thomson Financial, and Dun & Bradstreet Software.
“Andrew has dedicated most of his career to developing companies in Asia,” said Anvalary Jiva, CEO and chairman of Linedata Services, in a statement. “I am convinced that his experience, coupled with his in-depth knowledge of the software and information services industry, will significantly boost our presence in this highly strategic region for the group.”
