Coupe left Barclays last year after nine years at the bank and also previously served at NICE Actimize, Redkite Financial Markets, FTEN, Turquoise and Ullink.
Four individuals join from Sandford Bernstein, Panmure Liberum, and Tourmaline respectively; head of electronic execution among those departing for a new role at Peel Hunt.
Individual has been with Redburn Atlantic for the last 10 years; his departure comes amid several other moves at Redburn with four incoming individuals and two departures.
Individual has also previously served at Numis, Bloomberg Tradebook, Execution, Canaccord, C.I.M Banque, and Banca Commerciale.
