Credit Suisse announced last week that Rob Maher is to become head of European Advanced Execution Services (AES) sales, reporting locally to Naseer Al-Khudairi and Gerry Keneally for distribution, and globally to Manny Santayana, the firm’s head of AES global sales. Maher will be based in London.

Maher joined AES in New York in 2002 and was named head of West Coast sales in 2006. Maher combines "the best of the European and Americas sales methodologies," according to Credit Suisse.

AES is now focusing on realising what it sees as the full potential of the AES product suite, and expanding the brand to other asset classes. With Maher's appointment, the firm aims to add new markets to its current offering.
