BNY ConvergEx Group, an agency brokerage and investment technology solutions provider, has opened Eze Castle Software – Asia Pacific, a new office based in Hong Kong. The new full-service office will include sales and client service teams dedicated to supporting its order management system, the Eze OMS.
R G Manalac, director, consulting, Eze Castle Software, will oversee the new office in Hong Kong. He is currently managing Eze’s West Coast operations.
“Opening an office in Hong Kong will enable us to better understand the individual workflows of our clients in the region and to offer them the high level of service and support that they should expect from a technology partner,” said Manalac in a statement.
Sean Sullivan, executive vice president and head, global sales, Eze Castle Software, added, “The Asian markets are experiencing immense growth and the rapid expansion of our client base in the region reflects that. A local presence in the Asia Pacific region enables us to better implement the high-touch support model that Eze is known for while also fuelling further growth for our business in the region.”
The expansion of its global franchise is an ongoing strategic initiative for BNY ConvergEx Group. In addition to the new Eze Castle office in Hong Kong, ConvergEx recently appointed Luis Camacho as head of its ConvergEx global markets business for the Asia Pacific region.
