Two more firms have established links to Turquoise, a pan-European multilateral trading facility due to go live in August.

Instinet Europe, the European subsidiary of agency broker Instinet, has announced that its clients will be able to access Turquoise from its August launch. And trading technology firm ULLINK has become a fully-certified provider of direct market access (DMA) connectivity to the MTF.

Instinet Europe’s announcement follows the completion of testing on Turquoise’s trading platform. “From the moment Turquoise goes live, Instinet’s global client base will be able to access it via sales trader, DMA or through our Instinet Execution Experts algorithms,” said Richard Balarkas, CEO of Instinet Europe, in a statement. “Additionally, Instinet Europe’s BlockMatch dark pool will have the ability to dynamically access Turquoise’s dark order types.”

ULLINK said that its connectivity gateway to Turquoise will give its clients full access to all the MTF’s capabilities. ULLINK’s offering includes UL BRIDGE, a connectivity and routing platform. “Our gateway to Turquoise is an important extension to our plug-and-trade DMA offer, which already includes the industry’s preferred regulated markets and alternative venues, in all asset classes,” said Laurent Useldinger, CEO of ULLINK, in a statement.
