Agency broker Bloomberg Tradebook has appointed Tom Kingsley as its Asia-Pacific head of Execution Consulting Services, in a move that bolsters its consulting offering in the region.
Based in Singapore, Kingsley brings to the role 15 years experience within Asian equity markets. He has variously led sales and trading teams at both buy-side and sell-side institutions and originally joined Bloomberg Tradebook in New York as head of product development for the Asia-Pacific region.

Kingsley said he believed traders in Asia today were inundated with technology options amidst a trading environment where liquidity capture remains a challenge.
