LeveL ATS, a non-displayed trading venue for US equities, has connected to ULLINK, a connectivity network and trading software provider.
As a result, ULLINK’s clients will have access to the dark pool through ULLINK’s smart order router and network of trading venues, which currently comprises over 350 connections to exchanges, electronic communications networks (ECNs) and dark pools.
“This connection to LeveL ATS further extends our already existing North American markets coverage, which includes everything from global exchanges to specific and niche liquidity pools, providing a complete array of execution venues in the US,” said Laurent Useldinger, CEO of ULLINK. “With ULLINK you can connect through a single, fully-modular and scalable platform to multiple equities and derivatives markets, ECNs and ATSs as well as dark and light liquidity pools, thus facilitating execution and generating new opportunities.”
LeveL ATS was created by eBX, a joint venture that originally consisted of US banks Citi, Credit Suisse, Fidelity Capital Markets, Lehman Brothers and Merrill Lynch.
