Nomura buys Lehman’s European operations

Following its purchase of failed investment bank Lehman Brothers’ entire Asia-Pacific franchise yesterday, Japanese financial services firm Nomura has now snapped up Lehman’s European equities and investment banking businesses for an undisclosed sum.
