Orc Software, a technology provider for advanced trading, market making and brokerage, yesterday announced that worldwide trading network provider, Marco Polo Network, has joined Orc ExNet, utilising the FIX protocol connectivity solution, CameronFIX.

Orc Software’s head of sales for Asia Pacific, Robert Rooks, says, "Our partnership with Marco Polo Network unites local and global buy side originators, broker dealers and exchange points to create a formidable order dissemination and execution network.”

“With Marco Polo's widespread emerging markets distribution network and Orc's market access and connectivity, customers with both organisations now have access to more exchanges, ECNs and execution points than available on any other FIX-based order routing network,” says Peter Jardine, head of the broker network at Marco Polo Network. “Marco Polo looks forward to working with Orc Software to provide customers with a partnership resulting in over 175 execution points worldwide they can access.”
