BT Radianz, a financial services connectivity provider, has announced that RSJ, a Czech specialist brokerage firm, is utilising its proximity solution to enable low-latency direct market access (DMA) from its Prague headquarters to exchanges in London. RSJ's trading engines will be hosted at the BT Radianz data center in London, giving RSJ critical access and minimum latency to London's financial markets.

Kevin Covington, executive vice president of product and business development, BT Radianz, says, "Our agreement with RSJ perfectly illustrates the value of Radianz proximity solution. Markets are no longer driven solely from the traditional financial centres. Trading firms outside these centres need the same fast access to market information and trading as local firms in order to remain competitive. Radianz proximity solution provides a fully-managed, locally-hosted platform for accessing market data and trading services for customers globally."

Speaking on behalf of RSJ, Karel Janeek, member of the board of directors, adds, "Fast access to London's exchanges is critical to RSJ as we look to expand our presence on the international stage. By utilising Radianz proximity solution we are able to focus on the development of trading models and algorithms rather than on global connectivity, hosting and co-location issues."
