Thomas Weisel Partners, an investment bank, has deployed Pivot 360°, a collaboration platform provided by trading technology firm Pivot, across its worldwide offices.
Thomas Weisel Partners serves emerging growth companies and institutional investors around the globe. Pivot claims the Pivot 360° product will enable to bank to increase its response time to clients and improve management of communications and research across its management teams.
“We recognise that using Pivot 360° exclusively within our firm and largely with our clients is a quick and efficient method to convert conversations into automated transactions which, ultimately, increases revenues,” said Larry Sikon, chief information officer of Thomas Weisel Partners Group, in a statement.
