Russ Rausch, executive vice president of global buy-side sales, Trading Technologies International (TT), has assumed the additional responsibility of managing director, New York sales. In this capacity, he will lead TT's sales efforts targeted at Wall Street banks, buy-side firms and other professional trading organisations in New York and the greater East Coast region.
Rausch is credited with formulating and implementing TT's sales strategy to the buy-side community and, in doing so, worked with the major global brokers that serve this market segment, says the company.
"Rauschs's existing relationships with our bank and FCM customers along with his buy-side experience make him a natural fit for this expanded role," says Harris Brumfield, CEO, TT. "I am confident he will add value to our customers and our sales efforts in New York immediately," he adds.
Rausch joined TT in 1998 and has held several senior positions at the firm including chief financial officer.
