Otkritie Financial Corporation, a Russian financial services and trading solutions group, has hired former RTS Stock Exchange executive Dmitry Shatsky as its new business applications development and maintenance head.
Shatsky will have responsibility for the strategic planning and development of Otkritie's software solutions.
In his most recent role at RTS Stock Exchange, the second largest bourse in Russia, Shatsky was an aide to the firm's president. He was also head of software, first deputy chairman and deputy CEO at the exchange. He has also worked in the software unit at the Eastern European Investment Bank.
