Bombay Stock Exchange upgrades Deutsche Borse connection

From the second quarter of 2015, participants of the Bombay Stock Exchange will be able to use N7 network services to connect to the exchange in India via Deutsche Borse data centers in Hong Kong and Singapore.

Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and Deutsche Borse have upgraded their connectivity arrangement.

From the second quarter of 2015, participants of the BSE will be able to use N7 network services to connect to the exchange in India via Deutsche Borse data centers in Hong Kong and Singapore.  Currently, those access points are mainly used by Eurex members.

This will allow market participants to connect their trade-execution systems to BSE’s equities, derivatives and currency markets.

Deutsche Borse said that this latest development should improve the connectivity of BSE’s customers operating out of Hong Kong and Singapore. BSE markets have already been operating on Deutche Borse’s T7 trading architecture since 2013.
