Cinnober promotes senior financial advisor to CFO

Peter Lenardos joined Cinnober in April as a senior financial advisor from Royal Bank of Canada.

Exchange and clearing technology services provider Cinnober has appointed one of its senior financial advisors as chief financial officer following the departure of former CFO, Ninni Pramdell.

Peter Lenardos joined Cinnober in April this year and was previously a managing director at Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) where he established the global market infrastructure and European diversified financials businesses. He will be based in Cinnober’s offices in London and Stockholm.

Cinnober added that Lenardos brings strong C-suite relationship across the exchange and asset management sectors.

“Peter has unique experience, knowledge and a broad network within the international finance industry,” said Veronica Augustsson, CEO of Cinnober Group. “Peter brings a lot of value to our business, both for the investor community as well as the customer base.

“Coupled with his deep financial and accounting skills, this means that he is well suited to take on the role of the Group’s new CFO and we are very pleased to have him join the management team.”

The company’s former financial chief Ninni Pramdel joined Cinnober in September last year from Palette Software where she also held the role of CFO. Cinnober said she recently announced her departure to pursue other opportunities.

“I would like to thank Ninni for her time at the company. She has contributed strongly to a further developed and well-functioning financial and accounting function. We wish her all the best in her future challenges,” Augustsson concluded.
