Forest is expected to join NYSE Euronext in the coming weeks, and will accompany Dominique Cerutti, president of NYSE Euronext and deputy CEO of Euronext NV, for the first stages of EnterNext's regional launch in Marseille and Lyon.

At EnterNext, he will be responsible for Europe-wide activities and resources related to SMEs, supporting companies and determining the market model and marketing strategy.

Forest has previously worked at Oddo Corporate Finance, headings its equity capital markets business where he oversaw IPOs, follow-on issues and secondary offerings.

Commenting on the appointment, Cerutti said Forest "has in-depth, practical knowledge of SMEs and their environment, and his experience and involvement in various financial community task forces are a testimony to that knowledge."
