ICAP SEF operates markets for interest rate swaps, credit default swaps, equity derivatives, commodities and non-deliverable forwards. ICAP SEF offers a venue for trading in cleared and uncleared swaps and operates central limit order books and request for quote systems, as well as offering block trade capabilities, electronic crossing and execution via brokers.

Existing ICAP voice and hybrid clients trading on
their own account will in most cases be able to apply to access the SEF via
their existing ICAP broking entity relationships, which can place and execute
orders on the SEF.

Direct SEF participants may also choose to utilise
these ICAP introducing brokers in order to provide access to traders in
jurisdictions in which the SEF does not operate or to take advantage of their
non-SEF services. Participants can access the SEF in a variety of ways
including via our trading applications, independent software vendors or through
our published application programming interface.

Additionally, approved introducing brokers can provide
customers with access to the SEF.

The SEF will leverage the experience of GFI Group
companies in providing services that match buyers and sellers in the wholesale
markets in interest rates, credit, commodities, FX, emerging markets and equity
derivatives through voice and electronic networks.

The firm offers some post trade risk and information services.
