Huck moves to key sales role at Citadel

Citadel Automated Trading Services, a division of Citadel Securities, has hired Tony Huck as a senior sales person focused on selling the firm’s suite of algorithms, including the Mercury and Mercury Dark algos.

Citadel Automated Trading Services, a division of Citadel Securities, has hired Tony Huck as a senior sales person focused on selling the firm’s suite of algorithms, including the Mercury and Mercury Dark algos.

Before joining Citadel, Huck was head of equity execution services for the Americas at RBS Securities, where he was responsible for Global Portfolio Trading and Electronic Trading since 2009.

For 15 years prior, Huck was at ITG, where he was a founding member that established and managed the agency broker’s portfolio trading group, responsible for all non-US subsidiaries, and global head of algorithmic trading.

In his new role at Citadel, Huck will also market access to liquidity through Apogee, Citadel’s registered dark pool, and customised execution services to institutional clients.
