Nasdaq has completed its acquisition of AI-powered due diligence and monitoring platform, Dasseti, less than two months after the deal was announced at the end of July 2026.
Currently, Dasseti’s offering is tailored for institutional investors and asset managers, and the platform serves as one of the industry’s largest due diligence and monitoring ecosystems, spanning 17,000 asset managers and general partners totalling $34 trillion in assets under management (AUM).
Through the transaction, Nasdaq integrates Dasseti’s capabilities into Nasdaq eVestement, a move which will extend the platform to span the entire manager research, due diligence and monitoring lifecycle.

Moreover, the acquisition also marks an extension of Nasdaq and Dasseti’s ongoing collaboration, which began with an early-stage investment by Nasdaq Ventures into the firm in 2022.
“Much of the due diligence and RFP process still happens outside core research platforms, in a patchwork of spreadsheets, PDFs, and email threads,” said Oliver Albers, executive vice president and chief product officer, capital access platforms at Nasdaq.
“With Dasseti, we’re bringing AI-powered due diligence and monitoring into Nasdaq eVestment, creating a more connected experience that helps institutional investors move from research to decision-making and ongoing oversight with greater efficiency and confidence.”

The integration of Dasseti’s capabilities into Nasdaq eVestment is expected to boost response times and enhance data quality, to provide a unified screening through to selection path, as well as ongoing monitoring in a single environment.
The deal will also bring together the RFP, due diligence questionnaire and database management experience for asset managers.
Similarly, the move will benefit private markets and will add a significant network of Dasseti’s current general partners and alternatives managers contributing data to Nasdaq eVestment ongoing coverage, which spans more than 16,000 private market managers, and a private fund universe in excess of 95,000.
