Principal Asset Management
Adam Webb is expected to join Principal Asset Management after almost two decades at Aviva Investors, The TRADE has learnt.
The TRADE understands that he will take up an equity trading role.
“[Webb] is set to join Principal Asset Management in September and we look forward to him joining the team then,” a spokesperson for Principal Asset Management confirmed.
Webb brings extensive buy-side experience to the position and takes on the role at the firm after an 18-year tenure at the global asset manager, which he joined in 2008.
During his time at Aviva Investors, Webb served as an equity trader, based in London.
OSTTRA
OSTTRA has named Keith Tippell as head of FX, to support the post-trade solutions provider’s build out of its FX offering.
Tippell brings more than two decades of capital markets and fintech leadership experience to his new role, with particular expertise in post-trade services for OTC derivatives and FX.
Tippell previously served as chief product officer at CLS Group, a role he held for almost four years.
Prior to this, he also held various senior roles, including as head of business development for Europe at Droit, head of securities and FX markets at SWIFT, and managing director in product management and business development at Markit.
Citadel Securities
Scarlett Slevin has joined Citadel Securities as a systematic trader, based in London.
Slevin brings experience across benchmark and algorithmic execution, liquidity management and electronic and voice trading to her new position.
She joins the market maker from BNY, where she spent the last four years.
Slevin initially joined BNY in a graduate role working across FX analytics and product for two years, before later stepping up as an FX trader in September 2024.
