Pictet AM taps Findlay Park Partners for US equity trader

New hire was previously one of The TRADE’s Rising Stars of Trading and Execution for 2025.  

Pictet Asset Management has appointed Harry Garcha as a US equity trader, based in London.  

Garcha brings both buy- and sell-side experience to his new role at the European asset manager, having initially stepped into capital markets a decade ago.

He joins Pictet after almost three years at Findlay Park Partners, where he served at a trader.

Last year, Garcha was named one of The TRADE’s Rising Stars of Trading and Execution, an award which celebrates the most promising up-and-coming buy-side talent in trading.

Prior to this, he also worked as an equity sales trader at investment bank ABG Sundal Collier for more than a year.  

Garcha began his industry career as an analyst at RBC Capital Markets, a role he held for five years.  

Pictet had not responded to a request for comment at the time of publication.
