Reuters has launched a new enterprise-wide data management system that offers users full automation for the sourcing, cleansing, aggregation and distribution of data. The Reuters Enterprise Platform is a fully managed service for the creation and distribution of verified data consisting of three core components: Reuters Market Data System, Reuters Reference Data System and Reuters Enterprise Integration Engine.
According to Reuters, enterprise data management has become increasingly important across buy and sell-side institutions due to the need for consistent, timely and high quality data to fuel the automation of business processes.
