Entries have now opened for a new awards scheme designed to recognise the emerging trading talent that exists across the European asset management community.
The TRADE’s Rising Stars of Trading & Execution scheme has been launched to spot the dealing desk heads of tomorrow and those with the leadership potential to go all the way to the top.
This year, for the first time, it will run alongside the successful Leaders In Trading awards franchise.
Joe McGrath, editor of The TRADE, said: “While there are other generalist schemes already that recognise rising talent across the trading and technology sectors, The TRADE has designed a programme that focuses only on those emerging talents making a difference to the buy-side.”
Many of the finalists are likely to already work in a trading function within asset management, working in a dealing, compliance or post-trade role.
Those who make the list can look forward to some hype in the next edition of The TRADE and on The Trade News website prior to this year’s Leaders In Trading event at the Museum of London on 19 November 2015.
Those who make it onto the list, will be invited to an exclusive networking drinks reception which is strictly invitation-only for those shortlisted. It is an opportunity for you to meet other impressive professionals with whom you might share your career path in future years
All rising stars also receive an exclusive trophy and a profile in the 2015 TRADE 100 Handbook, which is published at the end of the year.
