The TRADE is excited to announce this year’s shortlists for the Algorithmic Trading, EMS and Outsourced Trading Awards, based on performance in The TRADE’s 2026 Algorithmic Trading, Execution Management Systems and Outsourced Trading surveys.
Winners will be unveiled at The TRADE’s unrivalled awards nights, kicking off with Leaders in Trading at The Savoy on 5 November, followed by the Leaders in Trading New York awards to be held at Chelsea Piers on 19 November.

For this year’s Algorithmic Trading Survey, 1987 provider ratings were received from 518 individual respondents, spanning 34 algo providers.
Meanwhile, the 2026 iteration of the EMS survey brought in responses from around 295 individuals, with over 475 evaluations submitted and more than 18 EMS vendors evaluated.
Winners of the Algorithmic Trading Awards in London span eight categories, including: Best Trading Performance, Best Access to Market, Best Client Service, Best User Experience, Best Provider – Hedge Funds, Best Provider – Multi-User Clients, Best Provider – Large Clients, Best Provider – UK & Europe.
Meanwhile, for New York, the Algorithmic Trading Awards cover eight categories: Best Trading Performance, Best Price Improvement Capabilities, Best Customer Support & Consulting, Best Dark Pool Capabilities, Best Provider – Large Clients, Best Provider – Multi-User Clients, Best Provider – Hedge Funds, Best Provider – North America.
For the EMS Awards, the London ceremony will include six categories: Best Market Access, Best Client Service, Best Multi-Asset Capabilities – Large Clients, Best User Experience – Large Clients, Best Provider – Hedge Funds, Best Provider – UK & Europe.
The New York iteration of the EMS Awards span five awards, across: Best Market Access, Best Platform Reliability, Best Multi-Asset Capabilities, Best Client Service, Best Provider – North America.
Similarly, Leaders in Trading New York will also feature the Outsourced Trading Awards, recognising the performance of clients in The TRADE’s 2026 Outsourced Trading Survey, conducted earlier this year in consultation with Ergo Consultancy.
This year’s Outsourced Trading Awards shortlists cover seven categories including: Outstanding Coverage, Outstanding Execution, Outstanding Operation and Post-Trade, Outstanding Relationship Management, Outstanding Trade Decision Support, Outstanding Technology and Automation and Outstanding Client Services.
