The TRADE announces the Rising Stars of Trading and Execution 2026

The TRADE is thrilled to announce the Rising Stars of Trading and Execution for 2026; now in its twelfth year, the award is a celebration of up-and-coming talent on the buy-side.

The Rising Stars initiative is back for its twelfth year, a recognition of buy-side individuals who go above and beyond the call of duty, whether that be through day-to-day activities or thought leadership on industry platforms.

The TRADE, in collaboration with Instinet, is delighted to reveal the 25 individuals named as the Rising Stars of Trading and Execution for 2026.

Individuals recognised in previous years have since gone on to lead some of the largest and most successful desks at top asset managers and hedge funds.

“We are once again delighted to sponsor The TRADE’s Rising Stars of Trading and Execution awards, 2026,” said Salvador Rodriguez, head of EMEA global execution services at Instinet.

“Recognising and rewarding young talent is key to showcase the leaders of the future and the people who will shape financial markets in years to come. We look forward to sharing this important milestone with them at what promises to be an exciting evening with their peers.”

The evening will also include a panel discussion featuring past rising stars, including BlackRock’s Marie Geekie, Jupiter Asset Management’s Mike Poole, DNCA Investments Carla Quintero, and Instinet’s Darren Carr.
