Euronext appoints US head of FICC

Kevin Wolf has previously worked at Eris Exchange as chief business and product development officer.

Euronext has hired a US head of fixed income, currencies and commodities (FICC) in New York, The TRADE understands.

Industry veteran Kevin Wolf joins Euronext following a short spell with ViableMkts where he was a principal.

He has more than 20 years experience working at major financial institutions and start-ups focusing on fixed income and derivatives across OTC and listed markets.

Wolf was also chief business and product development office at Eris Exchange after first joining the exchange group in 2011 as head of product development.

He also worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch for four years as a managing director of global capital markets.

Early in 2016, Euronext hired Paul Humphrey as global head of FICC overseeing the exchange’s strategy for FICC markets and leading its recent investment in fixed income and foreign exchange.

Humphrey told The TRADE: "We are delighted to have such a seasoned and experienced professional as Kevin join Euronext to assist the growth of our ambitions in the US markets."
