Citadel Securities has appointed Zeyad Elnaqa as a client execution trader in Dublin, where he is set to focus on US equities.
Elnaqa joins from UBS, where he spent two and a half years as an electronic sales trader, based in London.

Citadel Securities has maintained a significant presence in Dublin since 2017, when the office was first built up as a European hub.
The appointment extends a run of hires across Citadel Securities’ institutional equities and trading franchise in recent months, spanning New York, London, and now Dublin.
Citadel Securities had not responded to a request for comment at the time of publication.
In August, Cory Stockmal joined the firm’s New York institutional equities team. This appointment followed Scarlett Slevin, who joined as a systematic trader in London in June.
Additionally, Rachel Underhill joined as a fixed income ETF sales trader in New York in December 2025.
