Citi appoints global head of equity sales in latest shake-up

Antonin Jullier joins equities team at Citi to head up global sales.

Citi has promoted veteran Antonin Jullier to global head of equity sales in the latest shake-up for the trading team.

Jullier was global head of equity trading strategy at Citi for five years and has held various positions at the bank since 2010.

He joined as co-head of trading for EMEA equities before being promoted and has been a managing director with the bank since 2008.

The latest appointment follows numerous changes within the equities trading team at Citi, which began last year when Vincent Folliot joined as co-head of EMEA strategic equities from Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

In May last year, Murray Roos and Dan Keegan were named co-heads of global equities and Dirk Keijer, formerly head of equity derivatives sales at Goldman Sachs, was appointed for the same role at Citi.

Jullier will report to Roos and Keegan and Jim O’Donnell, who is currently chief of US equities for Citi.
