Securities data supplier Data Explorers' daily, global long and short fund flow content is now available via the Bloomberg Professional Service, the information and analytics firm's platform for electronic trading, news and analytics.

The agreement means users can integrate Data Explorers' content into their Bloomberg workflow, together with proprietary tools and analytics to identify investment opportunities and manage risk.

Through this arrangement, Data Explorers will provide Bloomberg users with upwards of 2 million daily transactions, covering 20,000 equities globally with a value of more than $6 trillion, collected from the securities financing desks of investment banks, prime brokers, lending agents, beneficial owners and hedge funds.

Accessible through the Bloomberg function key ”DXPL ', buy-side users can integrate Data Explorers short interest content alongside the analytics and data sources available within Bloomberg.

Data Explorers provides data each quarter for The TRADE magazine, covering securities lending returns for the last 15 months, and the top 10 equities by fees and lent by total balance for the previous three months.
