Deutsche Bank has appointed Jay Fraser to lead its equity execution and sales effort in the Americas for Autobahn, the bank's electronic trading unit.

Fraser joins Deutsche Bank as managing director, head of Autobahn equity execution and head of Autobahn equity sales in the Americas.

Autobahn is Deutsche Bank's electronic distribution service, which allows clients to connect to the firm's sales, trading and research analysis and trade across multiple asset classes.

Fraser is based in New York, reporting to Jose Marques, managing director and global head of equity electronic trading, and Brian Dugan, managing director and head of equity execution sales in the Americas.

Fraser joins the bank with over 19 years of financial technology and execution experience. Most recently, Fraser led institutional electronic execution sales and product development at Citadel. Prior to that, he was head of international sales at Investment Technology Group.

“Jay's experience will be invaluable as we continue to expand our innovative algorithmic and market access products throughout the Americas,” said Marques.
