In celebration of International Women’s Day (IWD) 2024, The TRADE is delighted to bring you this webinar, celebrating gender diversity milestones achieved by the financial industry and examining where there remains work to be done in order to achieve it.  

This webinar will explore how financial institutions are achieving a more diverse mix of personnel and what methods and paths they have chosen in order to achieve this goal including talent recruitment from the top down, mentorships schemes and greater collaboration with educational bodies.  

Institutions are aware of the beneficial impacts that a wider range of skills and experience have on performance and their ability to adapt to changing market dynamics. While positive change has indeed been actioned in the financial services industry, there is still more to be done in order to achieve meaningful progression and this webinar is designed both to promote and to support the industry’s continued journey.
