Eric Heleine has been named head of electronic trading and data at AXA Investment Managers in France, as of 1 December.
The move comes following Heleine’s departure from Groupama Asset Management in October after 15 and a half years. He was most recently head of the buy-side trading desk.
Up until his departure, Heleine spent two years leading the new Groupama-Amundi partnership, announced in May 2024, which saw the firms merge their trading capacities to enhance trading efficiencies.
