Fixed income technology provider, IMTC has integrated with electronic trading platform, MarketAxess.

The partnership connects MarketAxess’ liquidity directly to IMTC’s platform, allowing mutual clients to route orders to MarketAcess and tap into its differentiated liquidity across credit products.
The move is aimed at giving market participants greater access to liquidity from within their existing investment workflows.
Spencer Lee, head of products at MarketAxess, Americas, said: “MarketAxess continues to expand the reach of our global network and bring more differentiated liquidity and data to institutional investors.
“By integrating with IMTC’s portfolio and order management technology, we are embedding that liquidity directly into the investment workflow, making it easier for our mutual clients to discover opportunities, execute with confidence, and achieve better outcomes across fixed-income markets.”
Specifically, the integration is designed to bring MarketAxess’ liquidity closer to the point of portfolio decision-making within IMTC’s workflows, help portfolio managers (PMs) scale custom portfolios, model-driven strategies and SMAs, and improve execution quality while cutting costs across the trade lifecycle.
Russell Feldman, chief executive at IMTC, added: “As firms look to scale fixed income management, PMs need optimisation, compliance, and execution to operate in one connected workflow.
“Partnering with a leader like MarketAxess allows our mutual clients to tap into a deep liquidity network while turning portfolio decisions into executable orders with greater precision, scale, and auditability.”
The deal continues a run of similar moves by MarketAxess to plug its liquidity into third-party workflow tools, including recent partnerships with OptimX in June of this year and FactSet in September of 2025.
