Agency broker Instinet Europe has hired Alexandra Foster as head of UK sales with effect from October. Foster joins from BNP Paribas, where she was head of UK sales, global execution services.
A spokesperson confirmed that Foster was filling a newly-created position to “beef up” the firm’s UK sales efforts. Foster will report to Peter Howard, Instinet Europe’s head of equities.
