Karen Moss to head customer service at fund management software house Iris Financial

Karen Moss has joined Iris Financial Solutions, an IT vendor that sells front- and middle-office applications to fund managers. Karen Moss has joined Iris Financial Solutions, an IT vendor that sells front- and middle-office applications to fund managers. She will be vice president and chief customer officer.

Moss joins Iris from securitization systems provider Lewtan Technologies, where she was vice president of professional services. Prior to Lewtan, she was vice president of American sales and service at DST International, managing teams that sold to and supported some of the largest financial services firms in the world. She was also director of services for Thomson Investment Software’s Paragon division, a fixed income accounting system for tier 1 and super-regional banks.

In addition, she has worked internationally in professional services, sales and technical roles at leading technology firms including Sales Technologies Inc., a Dun & Bradstreet subsidiary.

As chief customer officer, Moss is responsible for all delivery related teams at Iris, including application development and configuration, testing and account management. In addition, she will personally oversee and manage some of Iris’ largest global accounts.

Moss reports to CEO Michele McGovern. She is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
