Agency broker and trading technology provider Neonet has connected to Easy Link, a multi-asset, multi-purpose platform connecting brokers and the buy-side, provided by technology firm IT Software.
Through the connection, Neonet will offer other Easy Link users high-speed connectivity to trade on the leading marketplaces in Europe, Asia, Australia, North America and Latin America. In addition, Easy Link members will be able to access all Neonet’s trading solutions, including smart order routing, algorithmic trading and market data services.
“We were able to activate our first Easy Link clients very quickly and now have the possibility to offer our services to a wider range of potential clients such as buy-side clients keen on neutral and unconflicted execution, professional traders and banks seeking best execution for their retail customers through our set of smart order functionalities,” said Per Andersson, global head of sales at Neonet, in a statement.
IT Software launched Easy Link in March in conjunction with Bit Systems, the technology division of Italian stock exchange Borsa Italiana, a subsidiary of the London Stock Exchange. IT Software said that in the first month of operation, Easy Link has attracted strong interest from both buy- and sell-side.
