NYSE Euronext Advanced Trading Solutions, the commercial technology unit of exchange group NYSE Euronext, has signed a deal to distribute Portware’s enterprise software on its Secure Financial Transaction Infrastructure (SFTI) network.

NYSE’s SFTI community will have direct access to Portware’s technology platform, which includes a FIX-compliant trade management and execution system for single asset, portfolio, basket, automated and algorithmic trading.

“Through this relationship, firms will have the unique ability to access Portware’s industry-leading solutions in a pre-integrated and hosted service model,” said Sam Johnson, executive vice president and co-head of NYSE Euronext Advanced Trading Solutions.

NYSE Euronext’s SFTI network is an open, neutral-hosted technology environment offering third-party technology vendors the ability to offer their products to SFTI members. NYSE Euronext has plans to increase its SFTI connectivity in Japan, Latin America and Asia in 2009.
