New hire previously spent nearly five years at RBC, and has also served at ODDO BHF, Societe Generale and Eurex.  

The additions are expected to enhance the firm’s current algorithmic execution offering for US Treasuries, launched in October 2025.

The past week has seen a head of trading departure and a head of markets appointment, as well as hires across equities sales and fixed income.  

Individual has also previously worked at JP Morgan, Rowan Dartington, ADM Investor Services and Hargreaves Lansdown.  

The hires are expected to help build out the firm’s UK and European presence and follow further appointments into the European equity sales trading team in recent months.  

The past week has seen a swathe of moves across institutional sales trading and equities.  

Individual brings more than 25 years of equity sales trading experience to her new role and has also previously worked at Citi and Deutsche Bank.  

The move makes the firm the first FCM with a Canadian parent company to join the credit default swaps clearinghouse.  

Three other London-based hires have also been made, set to focus on growing the firm’s leveraged credit and structured credit presence across EMEA.
