LSEG and Bank Negara Indonesia enter strategic partnership to boost client delivery and workflow consistency

The integration will allow the Indonesian bank to leverage LSEG’s multi-asset class AI-ready data and analytics, as well as gain access to LSEG’s workflow solutions.

LSEG has entered a strategic data and analytics partnership with Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), in a move set to bolster the Indonesian bank’s client delivery, data, governance and digital transformation offering.

The collaboration will see BNI leveraging LSEG’s multi-asset class AI-ready data and analytics, which covers market data, pricing and reference data, company information, economic indicators, news, risk intelligence and regulatory data.

Through this integration, BNI is set to bolster its client access to high-quality, rights-cleared content, and enhance consistency across workflows and informed decision making.

The Indonesian bank will also gain access to LSEG’s workflow solutions, such as LSEG Workspace.

David Day, group head of sales, APAC at LSEG, said: “We are pleased to support BNI as it continues to strengthen its data, analytics and client workflow capabilities. LSEG’s role is to provide trusted, [AI-ready] governed content and workflow solutions that help financial institutions make better decisions, manage risk and deliver more value to customers.”

In addition, the partnership is specifically tailored for use cases across treasury, markets, corporate banking, wealth, advisory, risk management and compliance.

BNI is also set to benefit from bank-wide standardised data access, strengthened governance and improved insight generation consistency.

“Trusted data is fundamental to how we serve our clients and manage risk,” added Abu Santosa Sudradjat, treasury and international banking director of BNI.

“Our partnership with LSEG strengthens our data and analytics capabilities, enabling our teams to access high-quality market intelligence and generate deeper insights. By embedding these capabilities into our daily workflows, we can make faster, more informed decisions and continue delivering greater value to our clients.”

Elsewhere, in May 2026 LSEG integrated its data and analytics offering into Google Cloud’s Gemini Enterprise, through its Model Context Protocol (MCP) connector.

The collaboration is aimed at providing clients with governed access to AI-ready financial content, allowing firms to directly embed LSEG’s market data, timely news and analytics into workflows.
