HSBC
Aakarsh Bansal has joined HSBC as an emerging markets credit trader, based in London. 
Bansal joins the firm after a tenure at Deutsche Bank, where he held the same role for five years.
He brings extensive fixed income trading experience to his new position, and prior to his time at Deutsche Bank, spent five years at BBVA as a credit trader, where he worked across European investment grade corporate bonds.
Bansal also gained early career experience at Societe Generale in Paris.
Toscafund AM
Steve Jobber has joined Toscafund Asset Management as a portfolio manager, following his exit from HSBC.
Jobber most recently served as head of cash equity trading EMEA at HSBC, a role he held for just over a year, having previously served as the firm’s global head of strategic liquidity and event-driven trading
Jobber has more than 25 years of experience in the industry and has previously held senior positions across both the buy-and sell-side.
He previously spent almost six years at Davidson Kempner Capital Management as head of Europe and Asia trading, overseeing the firm’s regional desks.
Prior to this, Jobber served as head of equity trading at CQS, and head of European sales and trading for Cantor Fitzgerald.
Earlier in his career, Jobber was also co-head of emerging EMEA delta one and derivatives at Credit Suisse.
Deutsche Bank
Deutsche Bank has appointed Olivier Noireault as a senior sales trading executive in France, as the bank continues to build out its equities distribution franchise.
His appointment comes as Deutsche Bank continues to strengthen its equities distribution franchise in support of its equity capital markets business, The TRADE understands.
Noireault joins Deutsche Bank after spending the last 15 years at Kepler Cheuvreux, where he most recently served as head of high-touch sales trading in France.
He was appointed to the role in 2023, having previously served as deputy head of sales trading in Paris.
