Dylan Roy
Roy will assume responsibility for leading MUFG’s G10 rates (ex-Japan) business and brings more than three decades of global fixed income, rates, FX and credit markets experience to his new position.
Speaking on his appointment, Roy said: “MUFG has a clear growth ambition and an increasingly important position within global markets. I look forward to working with colleagues across the organisation to build on that momentum, deepen client relationships and further enhance our G10 rates offering worldwide.”

Roy has worked across both New York and London over the course of his career.
He most recently served as global co-head of fixed income trading at UBS Investment Bank until his departure in 2022.
Roy had worked at the firm for more than 11 years in positions including head of FX, rates and credit for the Americas, and in his global co-head role, he supported teams in the Americas, Europe and Asia, and assumed oversight of UBS’ business strategy, risk management and resource allocation across global fixed income.
Earlier in his career, he also spent 14 years at Barclays in London, where he served as a director, covering interest rate options trading.
“[Roy’s] leadership skills, strategic perspective and client focus will be invaluable as we continue our growth journey with our rates franchise and deliver long-term value to our clients,” said Michael Yarian, head of global markets sales and trading (ex-Japan).
“The appointment reflects MUFG’s continued investment in its global markets platform and its focus on building market-leading capabilities for clients across regions and asset classes.”
