BestEx Research has launched a new plug-and-play platform, AMS One, to allow banks and brokers to build their own execution businesses across global equities and futures markets.

The new offering serves as an end-to-end algorithmic trading platform, allowing banks and brokers looking to support buy-side clients to compete with tier-one institutions, by running their own tailored algorithmic trading execution enterprise.
Specifically, the AMS One platform comprises key tools and capabilities, including high-performance execution algorithms, a fully integrated transaction cost analytics (TCA) module to support execution consulting and consistency across global markets and asset classes traded.
The platform also covers various global markets, including 15 equities markets in the US, Canada and Europe, four equities markets in APAC and futures contracts across 21 global exchanges.
Hitesh Mittal, founder and chief executive of BestEx Research, said: “Most vendors in this space are software companies that focus only on the technology side of electronic trading and leave market structure and product design unattended.
“The result is execution that doesn’t match what a tier-one institution would deliver, and clients are left to maintain the infrastructure themselves. We built AMS One so banks and brokers get everything they need in one fully managed platform, without the eight-figure build.”
Further capabilities integrated into the platform also include: a no-code customisation tool – Strategy Studio – providing 150 configurable parameters to govern algorithm-decision making and a fully flexible smart order routing infrastructure including control over venue selection and prioritisation.

Moreover, strategies can either be tailored to individual clients or built from scratch as custom, branded algorithms.
