Fixnetix, a market data vendor, has announced its latest sub-millisecond data feed connectivity to pan-European trading venue Nasdaq OMX Europe.
According to Fixnetix, which already provides a similar service to rival MTFs BATS and Turquoise, the feed will offer clients a full order book wherever possible and avoid compression algorithms.
Nasdaq OMX Europe began its rollout of stocks on 26 September, trading 25 FTSE 100 constituents. This is set to rise to 600 European stocks by the end of October.
“With our low latency data feed to Nasdaq OMX Europe we can provide firms with the fastest access. In addition, our proven reliability will ensure zero data loss and provide customers with the reassurance of sub-millisecond performance without any buffering or loss of data,” said Hugh Hughes, COO, Fixnetix, in a statement.
