The former head of programme and algorithmic trading initiatives at HSBC Securities, Jim Leman, has joined Westwater as Managing Director and Principal. He becomes
head of Westwater Corp’s Capital Markets Practice.
Most recently, Leman was in charge of HSBC Securities’ Programme Trading, Algorithmic Trading, DMA and Connectivity initiatives.
Previously, he was President of SunGard BRASS and was Managing Director of Electronic Trading and Connectivity at Citigroup.
